Tourist taxes to be paid on site (0.88€/adult/day)

High season: Weekend / Holidays / School holidays

Check-in : between 3pm and 7pm. (except in exceptional cases where arrival will be from 5 p.m.). For a late arrival, simply let us know.
Check out : rooms must be vacated by 11 am

Pets : pets are allowed on request and with a supplement of 15 €.

Booking conditions : the reservation becomes effective upon the receipt of a 30% deposit of the total price of the stay with a minimum of one night per room booked.

Conditions of cancellation by the tenant :

• If the cancellation occurs more than 30 days before the start date of the stay, we will return the entire deposit.
• If the cancellation occurs between 30 and 7 days before the start date of the stay, the amount of the deposit shall be forfeited.
• If the cancellation occurs less than 7 days before the start date of the stay, we reserve the right to claim the balance of the stay.
• In case of shortened stay, the full cost of your stay will be forfeited by the owner.
• In the event of cancellation following a government decision linked to the COVID19 health crisis (Containment, travel limitation), the owner will accept either the postponement of the stay or the return of the deposits.

Cancellation conditions by the owner :

• when before the beginning of the stay, the owner cancels this stay, he must inform the customer by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt. The customer will be reimbursed immediately for the sums paid

Use of premises :

The guest must respect the peaceful character of the areas and use them for their intended purpose. The client is committed to giving back the rooms in good condition, and to not smoke inside the house. The customer will be responsible for all damages occurring.
